Back in 2014 in Ottawa, Canada, a decision was being made to create a monument to the Canadian victims of Communist forces. An article at the time by Ishmael Daro for canada.com discusses plans to solicit ideas for such a monument, and shows examples of others seen worldwide.
One of the most famous of these is the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Prague, Czech Republic, designed by sculptor, Olbram Zoubek. In the article, a photo of mine of this monument leads the article.
